Ten years scaling IT and security at high-growth startups, from 50 people to 850. Now I run my work through AI agents every day, and I build the systems that let one person do the work of a team.
Every job I have had was the same problem wearing a different logo. A company outgrows its process, the work multiplies faster than the headcount, and someone has to decide whether to hire or to build.
I build.
At ironSource I took IT from two people to eight while the company grew from 50 to 850, then led the migration through the Unity merger. At Notable Health I was the only IT person for 300 employees and 500 devices. At Network Right I ran embedded IT across 28 portfolio companies and grew the practice to $2M at 97% NPS.
AI-native is not a line on a resume for me. It is how the day runs. I talk to my tools with Wispr Flow, Claude Code runs on a server in my apartment that I reach from my phone through T3 Code, and my calendar, inbox, research and to-do list are handled by an agent system I wrote myself. At work I roll out Claude Enterprise and help teams actually use it.
The tools change every week, so staying current is part of the job. I track AI news and launches daily, try the new things the day they ship, and keep what earns a place in the workflow.

Watches 150+ sources on a schedule, has Claude judge what is actually relevant, and pushes only the real matches to my phone. Less scrolling, more signal.
A Linux box running Claude Code, T3 Code and a stack of self-hosted apps in Docker, behind Tailscale and a wildcard TLS proxy. Reachable from anywhere, backed up nightly.

Embedded IT for VC-backed startups. BillionToOne (HIPAA), Sisu Data (SOC 2 Type 2). Grew revenue to $2M at 97%+ NPS.
Scaled IT from a 2-person team to 8. Opened SF and NYC offices. Led the post-merger migration into Unity Technologies.
